RCare estate plan maintenance services include:
1. An annual personal meeting to review Client's estate plan.
2. Annual trust funding report delivered to Client for the purpose
of reviewing and keeping current the status of Client assets funded to
the trust.
3. Annual review of titling of Client's assets and advisory support
on all funding issues.
4. Trust amendments as desired by the Client in a reasonable
frequency and detail, as determined by Attorney.
5. Workshops to keep client informed on estate planning issues.
Client may invite Client's trustees and financial advisors. Space is
limited and advance reservations will be required. Attendance is on a
space available basis.
6. Special educational workshops to train Client's successor
trustees and agents.
7. continued monitoring by Attorney of California law and Federal
Estate and Gift Tax law. Amendments deemed by Attorney to be
appropriate given changes in the law are included.
8. Phone calls to Attorney or staff, in a reasonable amount and
duration, as determined by Attorney.
9. Communications with the Client's financial advisors that are
reasonable in quantity and duration on an as needed basis.
10. Docubank enrollment, if desired by Client.
Extensive plan revisions requested by you may be subject to
additional cost. Services required as the result of a mental
incapacity or death are not included as part of the RCare Trust
Maintenance Program and are the subject of a separate retainer
agreement.
